I had a very disappointing experience with Kia of Valencia, and I would not recommend this dealership based on how I was treated. The biggest issue was the lack of transparency from the BDC team. Instead, it felt like the only goal was to get me into the dealership. The first red flag was being told to ask for Bruce when I arrived, only to find out he doesn’t even work at that location. The second red flag was that the first vehicle they showed me wasn’t even the vehicle we had been discussing beforehand. What made the experience even more frustrating was that I was asked to send all of my documentation after I arrived. There was no reason I couldn’t have submitted everything electronically before making the one-hour drive. Instead, I spent my time sitting in the showroom emailing documents so the sales manager could print them and run the deal. That entire process could have been handled remotely and would have saved everyone time. The sales managers also lacked empathy. Rather than trying to work through options or retain a customer who came in with a significant down payment, the interaction felt dismissive. Once it became clear the deal wasn’t moving forward, communication from Bruce also stopped. I understand that dealerships can’t guarantee approvals and that lenders make the final decision. My frustration isn’t with not being approved—it’s with being given unrealistic expectations, asked to drive an hour under those expectations, and then having a process that could have been completed remotely. If you’re considering this dealership, I recommend getting everything reviewed and confirmed before making the drive. Based on my experience, the promises made over the phone did not match the reality once I arrived.

On Friday, May 9, 2026, I scheduled an appointment with Hello Mazda through their automated system for May 11, 2026, which was simple and easy. When I arrived, Jonah greeted me at the front and was very knowledgeable about how extended warranties work with some companies, which saved me a lot of money. He confirmed that the issue with my CX-30 was the battery. Jonah showed me a helpful video that demonstrated how well the car was maintained. He tested my battery and found no charge, and thankfully, I didn’t need to go through any costly diagnostic checks that I initially expected. I just purchased a 2026 Mazda CX-50 Hybrid at Hello Mazda and couldn’t be happier! The car drives great, looks amazing, and is packed with features. I worked with Miguel and Craig through the purchasing process and was impressed with their customer service. The Mazda dealership in Temecula has excellent service. Took my car in for a multipoint inspection and oil change today and all the staff were very helpful and friendly. They provide you with video of the inspection walkthough, pretty cool to see the car and very transparent. Jonah, my service advisor, walked me through the whole process and was very polite and professional. They did a complimentary car wash as well! Highly recommend service here! 🤗

I just want to give a shout out Javier at Mazda of Valencia. He is a phenomenal salesman!! No pressure whatsoever, answered all my questions, and allowed the vehicle to sell itself. I can in looking to purchase a pre-owned vehicle and instead I'm driving away in a BRAND NEW one. WTH?!? Here's the kicker..... I only put $500 down and I'm driving away with a payment that's super affordable. Mazda of Valencia is the real deal folks!! I bought a brand new CX 90 in September of 2025 I am disappointed that I did not get my first oil changes for free I thought that was standard now I see it wasn't since I just paid for my first oil change and tire rotation. Hello Mazda has been my family’s go to dealership for years and have purchased several vehicles from this dealership (6 to be exact, hoping for a 7th today). The staff has always been exceptional which led us to always coming back. Today we went in, saw a car and applied. After putting an application in, the loan dept (I believe Miguel) came back with an offer. The initial offer was a complete shock and was quoted an outrageous APR. He then suggests we apply for a new car due to lower rates. Unhappy with the offer we requested to speak with Jose who we have dealt with for years. He was also unwilling to budge with high APR and felt like we were pushed aside and it was so disheartening. We have good credit and was told that our credit was not ran but our info was input into the computer. It was so disappointing and infuriating and felt like they were not willing to negotiate a realistic payment. Jose & Miguel were willing to let us walk after 2 negotiations on APR , so we walked. APR quoted was for 14% which was flabbergasting base on credit, credit history and income. Second comeback was a “pending” 9%. Sadly we had to walk away and will no longer deal with this dealership. Several years ago, Reps really made you feel like you matter. Somewhere over the past few years it was lost.. Update 2/19: We received an email from Oscar the Sales Manager and he was willing to work with us. He was very helpful, attentive and apologetic. He went over our options in detail and negotiated a deal over the phone. The paperwork was ready to sign when we went in. Anthony assist us when we got down to the dealership and was helpful. I truly appreciate the assistance today. My husband walked away with the car he was looking at on Sunday. Due to the willingness of Oscar and Anthony I have updated my review from 2 starts to 5. I would highly recommend seeing Oscar or Anthony at Hello Mazda and will refer them in the future.

Amazing service, as always. I live in SD and I always drive up here to get serviced (versus the local dealership near me). I trust them and I’m always treated with respect. I found this dealership on CarGurus while searching for a car. Anthony Vergara made the whole process very simple and straight forward. Purchased a Mazda CX-30 from another Mazda dealership in Escondido July of 2024. Had misfire issues that placed the vehicle in limp mode. Mazda Escondido, cleared the code and returned the vehicle telling me it was fine. They didn't fix the issue. I had already used my scanner and knew there was an issue on the harness connecting to the #2 injector and coil pack. So after about 10 times of this happening with them not fixing the issue I brought it to Hello Mazda in Temecula and I explained the issue to Tabitha in the service department. She had the head Foreman look at it and he found the factory defect. The #3 pin in harness #2 was backed out while assembled at the factory. It a relief because I was really getting mad that a new vehicle would do this the very next day after buying it. For me the best place to buy a vehicle is at a dealership with competent service providers and technicians. In the future I will purchase another vehicle from here.

Sales agent Valone was of great help. Even the other employees were very pleasant and accommodating. Valone made the transaction very smooth from start to finish. Looking forward to acquiring more cars with Mazda Temecula and Valone in the future.

Loved it until we sat down with numbers. We already had a pre-approval and was ready to go. Dealing with financing just wasn't what we expected. Extreme low ball on trade-in and when given the final number they tacked on almost 9k in unnecessary warranties and accessories. After we mentioned we just want OTD pricing with taxes and fees, they were very uninterested in our business. Still adding on 1200 in random fees. We tried talking a different number and they weren't interested at all. As we walked they didn't try to make a deal for anything. The whole vibe felt "off" and I'm glad we walked. Ended up with the same car, half the mileage and lower than what they said "was the best deal around". I don't think I'd recommend anyone here really. Vibes were just off as soon as we said no to crazy add ons. :/

Top Notch Dealer. Krystal was super helpful when I bought my Mazda 3 in October 2024. I have been to the Service Department for regular maintenance and also a top notch experience. Financing beat my credit union rate. No pressure dealership also. I will buy my next vehicle here.

I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle and found that Hello Mazda priced the vehicle extremely fairly, and with their straight-forward pricing, it made the purchase so much easier and stress-free. Hello Mazda is honest with advertising price and does not force you to buy extra add-ons and no pressure selling tactics.

I purchased my used 2021 CX-9 July 2024. I had some issues with the navigation chip and they took care of me. Very great to work with. The original purchase was great and working with the parts department recently was great. Thank you for helping me resolving the issue even after so many months.

To date the most professional and organized dealership I’ve been to. Went for a simple oil change yet the staff is courteous, unbiased and the facility is clean and eye appealing. We have had some issues with our 2018 Mazda CX-5. We have enjoyed the vehicle, however it had a manufacturers defect that required the head to be replaced. Since the repair we have had recurring low oil pressure issues, obviously related to the repair. That being said, Service Advisor Drew has continually advocated for us and been fair and reasonable. If it wasn't for Drew, it would be zero stars. Thanks for your help Drew. Keep up the oustanding work. It's greatly appreciated.

We worked with Sales Representative Valone and his manager, Steve, when we purchased our new Miata MX5. They were both exceptionally courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating to our needs. I would recommend them to anyone! We have not yet had any other dealings with this dealership so cannot comment further. One note - contrary to past experience, we were not given any vouchers for free oil changes.

I had no idea when I finally made my way to this dealership, my weeks long car search would come to an end. My Lexus 350 was totaled and I decided to upgrade to a mom car, since I've got 4 dogs! I wanted to love the Rav4 but it felt cheap & plastic. I first went to Mazda Escondido & their inventory & customer service was lacking! So glad I made it to Friendly Mazda. I wasn't sure exactly what I was looking for a CX5 or 50. I thought I wanted a white one & Devin Gamboa had me test drive a turbo parked in front. I loved it but the thought of a high car payment scared me. I tried a less expensive model and was like nope I want the other. I was at this place forever & at no fault of them, my own reluctance of a payment. Devin was so helpful. I needed to return my rental and he offered to pick me up. I decided to proceed & we went over what was important to me, Gap ins & 5 yr maintenance. Esteban in finance was wonderful & crunched the numbers to get me where I need to be. I have a car that I love. I also love that this dealer offers a lifetime power train warranty, which made me happy since this is my first Mazda purchase. I had a very pleasant experience here and I'd def recommend them. Oh yeah my car is so pretty no one knows what it is, unlike the Rav4! 🙂

Honestly a great experience overall. Daniel was so kind and inviting and willing to take his time to answer all my questions and not push me towards anything I wasn’t uncomfortable with. Definitely recommend working with him if you’re considering a Mazda, you won’t regret it!
