The operation School Bell event coordinated by Assistance League of Temecula was an amazing initiative supporting over 2,000 low-income students from five school districts: Temecula, Murrieta, Menifee, Lake Elsinore, and Romoland. Hello Subaru of Temecula raised over $25,000 from the Share the Love initiative from the previous year which helps fund these events. The event took place at Target in Lake Elsinore. Each student was given an allowance of $125 to spend on new clothes. For many of these children, it was their first experience with brand-new clothing. The smiles on the children’s faces as they left the store with their new clothes was a heartfelt experience for everyone involved. This year, Hello Auto Group had gone above and beyond to support Operation School Bell. Hello team, volunteered to help translate for families, and helped with the survey check-out line. It was truly an incredible event to be a part of, and to see the children’s faces light up with excitement as they picked out their new clothes. This event was about giving children the confidence and resources they needed to succeed in school.
